Uno High School will be offering art classes this summer. The art class aims to allow students to express their own observations and create visual images from their own imaginations, feelings, and thoughts. The sessions will be handled by Jeffrey Consumo, a talented artist commissioned by the MERALCO group for its mural at the MERALCO Theater. He has held numerous exhibits for his artworks. Currently, he serves as the chairman of the BINASFI Visual Art Foundation.
The 8-session, 2-hour classes will be on May 22, May 24, May 28, May 30, June 4, June 5, June 11, and June 13 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The art classes will be open for Grade 1 to Grade 8 male and female students. Students must bring their own materials for the art classes. They will need a set of cray pastels (12 colors) and felt paper.
